TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This offer valid only for specified winches purchased from April 1st- May 31st 2019. Deadline for submissions June 30. Offer valid for US and Canada residents only. Offer limited to two rebates per receipt. Maximum rebate is $200.00 per receipt. Rebate paid in US funds. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer unless stated otherwise. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be denied. Requests with invalid or undeliverable address will be denied. Clubs, groups, organizations, resellers or associations are not eligible. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. Offer sponsor and service provider are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. No claims against ‘lost’ materials can be honored unless accompanied by proof of receipt. Please retain a copy of all documentation. Original materials become the property of the offer sponsor and will not be returned. Reproduction of UPC barcode nullifies offer. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Duplicate receipts and addresses will be rejected. Used products and products purchased via auction are not eligible. No substitutions or extensions. Offer is subject to product availability. The rebate sponsor and its agents have the right to substantiate submissions and to reject claims that do not comply with these terms. Rebate sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, invalid or incomplete submissions. In the event a customer has paid less for the product than the specified rebate amount, customer will only be entitled to receive a rebate for the actual amount paid by customer for the product before taxes. Claims will not be accepted if receipt shows retailer deducted the rebate amount at the time of purchase. Rebate sponsor reserves the right to modify this rebate promotion at any time. This offer will not accept further processing activity 6 months from the last valid purchase date. Fraudulent submissions could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes (Title 18 USC Sections 1341 & 1342).

Please allow 10-12 weeks for Visa prepaid card delivery after rebate documents have been received, processed and approved by the rebate sponsor. If you have not received your Visa prepaid card within 12 weeks of mailing in your documents, please visit www.datarebate.com , email us at help@datarebate,com or call 1-877-630-2345.Keep copies of all materials submitted. You will need to resubmit documents to complete validation if your claim is rejected. Originals become the property of the rebate sponsor. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. If you provide us with a valid email address, we will send you status updates for this rebate submission. Rebate sponsor and its agents do not sell or share customer names or emails to other companies for their marketing purposes.

Rebate will be in the form of a Visa prepaid card. Prepaid card is given to you as a rebate and no money has been paid by you for the card. Prepaid card is issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A.Inc. No cash access or recurring payments. Card valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will be forfeited at midnight EST the last day of the month of the valid thru date. Cards cannot be reissued or reactivated after expiration or if lost.
